Inside Line Promotions – WINDOM, Minn. (June 27, 2016) – Only five points separate Craig Dollansky and Danny Lasoski in the National Sprint League championship standings entering a two-day event at Knoxville Raceway this weekend.

The half-mile oval in Knoxville, Iowa, hosts the tight points battle and a strong contingent of competitors on Friday and Saturday.

Dollansky and Lasoski are tied atop the NSL winner’s list with two feature victories this season. However, Dollansky has posted eight top-five finishes – one more than Lasoski. Both drivers have finished in the top 10 during all 10 National Sprint League main events this year.

Knoxville Raceway has held five National Sprint League races this year. Lasoski was victorious during the opener with Kerry Madsen winning two of the next three. Brian Brown scored his lone NSL win between Madsen’s victories and Sammy Swindell used a last-lap pass last Saturday to claim the most recent National Sprint League event at Knoxville Raceway.

Both Dollansky and Lasoski have recorded a pair of podium finishes at the track during National Sprint League competition this season.

Tickets for each night are $15 for adults, $10 for ages 13 to 19 and free for ages 12 and younger. Pit passes are $25.

Hot laps are scheduled to begin at 6:45 p.m. with qualifying at 7:15 p.m. each night.

The Cushion will provide live Pay-Per-View video from both nights at http://www.TheCushion.com.
