OPENINGS REMAIN IN NATIONAL SPRINT CAR MUSEUM-BENEFIT UNITED TRAILERS GOLF CLASSIC IN MEMORY OF KEVIN GOBRECHT
KNOXVILLE, IOWA (August 2, 2012) – Openings for foursomes, pairs and singles remain for the National Sprint Car Museum-benefit United Trailers Golf Classic in memory of Kevin Gobrecht, to be held at Pella’s Bos Landen Golf Club on Friday, August 10, at 8:30 a.m. Entry fee is $80 per person and includes cart, range balls and lunch. This best-shot tournament is held annually during the Knoxville Nationals sprint car races.
Said museum gift planning consultant and avid golfer Doug Lockin, “We have to thank our many friends at United Trailers, the Gobrecht family, Casey’s General Stores, Hy-Vee Food Store of Knoxville, Butler Built Seats, Maxim Chassis, Pella Printing, www.Hoseheads.com, and Donovan Engineering for their tremendous support of our event. We are looking for another six foursomes or so and then we will be really happy with the charity event. The neat thing about this tourney is that you never know with whom in the sport you’ll be playing. It is a great way to meet industry insiders in a relaxed and casual environment.”
Those seeking to reserve their place in the tourney are encouraged to contact Doug Lockin at 1-800-874-4488 or via e-mail at dlockin@sprintcarhof.com.
