Welcome to another stellar night of racing at the Sprint Car Capitol of the World. This is Stacy Ervin, reporting from the pressbox, alongside Bill W. We are settled in to bring you another night of action if you are unable to be here live tonight. We will once again have three sprint-car classes full of action. It is an absolutely perfect day here in Knoxville with dry conditions and perfect temps. We want to send our sympathies to the family of Jeff Osborn, who lost his life last night in Grain Valley, Missouri. And we want to extend a special Happy Mothers' Day to all of our moms, the moms of our racers and all moms everywhere.

 Heskin takes the first lap lead by a small margin on Maeschen. Smoke off of Heskin's car in the corners now. McCarl is trying all kinds of sliders on Dobmeier. Heavy traffic for Heskin and maeschen right behind. McCarl to third right behind them. McCarl a huge slider on Maeschen. A second one sticks. Brown now around Maeschen and slides McCarl. Awesome racing here tonight. Three cars for the lead and it's Brown around the top. Heskin gets it back though. mcCarl lost some ground in third. a yellow flag with four to go as Modjeski and Bunton together in turn two. This sets up a whole new scenario. Under the red flag McCarl's car is smoking a little and some fluid is running out on the track. This could be a really wild restart. Tmac's temp gauge apparently read 270. Here we go and Heskin leads Brown. Heskin wins.

 Agan gets the lead. W. Johnson to second. Heavy traffic ahead. Johnson closes in traffic at the halfway point. Yellow comes out for Covington who stopped in turn two but just as Agan crossed the line and yellow came out, Agan whacked the fence hard and now has broken birdcage and shock. W. Johnson will inherit the lead. Agan will not restart. Johnson leads and Garner challenging Shilling for second. Lots of good racing . But yellow as Higday and McCarl were getting together in turn three and then NVH spun. Higday and Mccarl both in the work area. NVH will restart without going to the work area. Six to go. Both Higday and McCarl will restart. Restart Garner gets a slide job to work for second. Lenz pulls off the track. Johnson maintains a big lead. And Wayne Johnson wins.

 Friedrichsen did not start. LBJ with the lead. Patterson off the pace and pulls in. Good battles going on behind LBJ, who has a straightaway lead on Breazeale. Yellow with nine to go for Ben Woods, whose car showed a huge puff of smoke then spun to a stop in turn three. Restart. Ball leads and Stephenson tried the slider on Breazeale but got over the cushion in turn four and lost many spots. LBJ out to a big lead. Stelzer now second. LBJ gets the win.
