One of the good guys, Paul returns to the WoO in 2010 after competing with the ASCS National series. Paul began his racing career in the late '80's in his native California, racking up two runner-up finishes with the NARC series.

Paul has racked up seven WoO wins, was the 1999 All Stars Rookie of the Year, and was 2nd in the 2000 WoO Gumout series standings. Brother Bobby is also a sprint veteran and won the 2009 Silver Dollar Speedway championship in Chico, California.

Paul has qualified for four straight Nationals A main events, and has run eleven in his career. His best run was fifth in 2007.
