Jon returns as owner/driver in 2011, after posting a career year in 2010. He garnered a personal best fourth in the 360 point standings and recorded three feature wins, including Knoxville's season opener, and the final two races of the year.
He teamed with Boyd and Lisa Burnham in 2009 for his first career Knoxville win and an eighth place points run.
Despite missing a few nights in 2008, Jon Agan had much success in a return to sprint cars at Knoxville. The veteran wrapped up the season 8th in points operating as an owner/driver.
Jon is a second generation driver (Craig) who got his start in the family racer at the age of 19. The Technology Management graduate of Northern Iowa took over ownership of the race team in 2002. In 2004, he competed at over 60 events with the All Star Circuit of Champions, gaining valuable experience that has helped him to solid finishes to this day.
