Nate Van Haaften has become a well known name amoung the Knoxville Raceway fans.  He started racing at the famous half mile dirt track in 2004.  He also ran a handful of shows in 2005 as well as appearing in some 305 wing and non wing shows.  In 2006, Nate finished 24th in season points and has greatly improved every year since.    He broke into the top 10 in points in 2011 finishing 6th and earning his first 360 victory at Knoxville Raceway on July 2nd.  But Nate has never been one to call that "good enough" and has always strived for perfection.  In 2012, Nate earned his 2nd victory on the season opener and his 3rd on May 26th, the same night that his cousin Mike gets his 2nd victory in the 305 class.  And if the night wasn't complete yet, Nate wins his 3rd A Main in track record time of 5 minutes and 13.8 seconds.
